Adventure Update: COMPLETE! Now what?

After 1800 minutes of travel, I have completed the MI Beer Adventure. It got tough towards the end as I took some recovery days (that what real athletes call it when they are too lazy to exercise, right?) and had to double up to keep pace.

So I successfully maintained a 60 minute daily workout (on average) for an entire month. Most of this was walking with some “hiking” on our fancy new treadmill, but no real running or anything all that intense. I still drank beer, I still ate pizza, I even made an unnecessary amount of grilled cheese. Does this still count as healthy?

I don’t know if it counts as healthy, but I did lose 6 pounds! Weight may not be the best marker for health, but I’m pretty sure losing it will be good for me (especially if I can lose weight while drinking beer and eating pizza…).

Two scales side by side showing 209 pounds on the left and 203 pounds on the right.

Now that the adventure is over, I am looking for suggestions to keep exercising while maintaining my beer diet. What should I do next?
